色の結び
ブース・ハンブルガーの色環に誘われて、私はさらに実践的な研究へと進むことになりました。
どうしたらもっと明瞭な形で、白と黒を色に結びつけ協調させることができるのか知りたいと
思っていました。
実際のところ、それは次のような質問に集約されます。
＜表象という抽象的なものを、どうしたら克服できるだろう？＞
まさにこの問題を、シュタイナーが前回取り上げた二つの講座で取り上げようとしたのです。
彼は次のように言いました。画家は写生しようとする対象に付け足す影の問題を、一切忘れ
なければなりません、と。
なぜならそうすることにより、非芸術的な自然主義へと追いやることになるからです。
それ故に、黒と白の相反する２つの存在を、色として扱うよう呼びかけました。
The Color Knot
Boos Hamburger's circle was to me an invitation for further practical researches. I wanted to know how Black and White could be more clearly reintroduced into the concert of colors. It means in reality to solve the question: how can the abstraction of mental images be overcome.
Just this problem is that one that Steiner tried to treat in the 2 lectures mentioned before. He said, Painters must forget all the problem of shadows added at the objects they try to copy or to imitate, because to do so pushes them into the inartistic naturalism. He therefore invited painters to treat these 2 opposite beings of Black and White as other colors. (painters like Nolde or Renoir already did it).

LESSON E1
In the 3rd level of the color meditation school I already introduced the color knot. In this course (Exercise E1) we will simply mention the origin of it, which is the polarity of two processes or so called "increments".

C2/bの状況とは正反対のところにある、大気中における色のプロセスを考えてみます。
受容するジェスチャーは青によって与えられ、提供するジェスチャーは黄／赤の動きによって与えられます。
青は白を受容し、赤は黒を提供します（生み出します）。これがポラリティ（対立／両極性）で、「色の結び」では両者を合わせて一つの全体とします。
Exercise E1/a and b
In the opposite of Situation C2/ b we now consider the color processes in the atmosphere. The receiving gesture is given by the Blue, the offering gesture by the Yellow/ Red dynamic. Blue receives the White / Red offers (produces) the Black. That is the polarity, that we will close together to a totality in the color knot.
