レベル３の最初のエクササイズ（A/1）を繰り返えします。
左側は、黄色に多少ゴールデンイエローも加えてよいでしょう。右側は、ウルトラマリンブルーとプルシャンブルーも用い、濃淡を作りましょう。 ここでは、紫を加える必要はないでしょう。
That is a kind of repetition of the first exercise on this level 3（A /1）.

さて、二つの流れ（黄色と青色）が真ん中で出合い、
緑色の「カップ」を作ります。
黄色と青色の間のまあるい上部へ、緑色をごく薄く広げてゆきます。
最初の二つの流れの間で、完璧にバランスをとった緑色は、現在を表します。
青の弧の下の部分と黄の弧の下の部分が合わさるようにしてワインのカップのような形の緑を作りましょう。バランスのとれた中間の緑色を作ってください。その上に広げる緑は、黄、青を薄く重ねながら薄い緑をつくりましょう。
Now The two streams (Yellow and Blue) meet in the middle and build a GREEN “cup”.
We spread out a very soft GREEN into the rounded upper part between YELLOW and BLUE.
GREEN as a perfect balance between the two initial streams to manifest the present.

黄色からバミリオンレッドへの馴染み深い移行を、左側に描きます。
今や力強い緑色が、濃縮したバミリオンによって止められたかのように見えます。
そうなるためには、緑がこの赤色と「バランスがとれている」必要があります。
ここで、左の黄色にバーミリオンレッドも加え、グラデーションを作りましょう。
下部のカップ型の濃い緑を伸ばすようにして、下からうえに向かって植物を描いていきます。そして赤い花を咲かせましょう。
次に、バーミリオンレッドを薄く植物の周りに広げていきます。
赤を大地の生命の色、青を周囲の天体の色と捉え（感じ）るなら、
その両方の間を植物が成長していく姿を想像できるでしょう。
それぞれの段階の緑の形態は、写真のようなものです。
そこには現在が封じ込められ、その一つ一つが過去と未来の間でバランスしています。
植物は時の次元を生きるものですが、私たちの目に写るのは、瞬間に空間で固化したものです。
時の次元のそこに、植物は隠れています。
色の結びの中央に、濃い緑の植物を描くことにより、この事実を物語ることができます。
対比するように、薄い緑の部分にバミリオンを加え、
周囲を一種のピーチ・ブロッソム（桃花色）に変えてゆきます。
We introduce the well-known progression YELLOW to VERMILLON on the left side.
Now the strong GREEN seems to have been stopped by the concentration of VERMILLON.
For that it needs to be “in the balance” with this RED.
If we consider (feel) the RED as the colour of the earth life and the BLUE as the colour of the astral surroundings,
so we could imagine the plant growing in between both.
Each step of the green form is like a photograph, that fixes the present,
each step in the balance between past and future. Plants are living in the time dimension,
but what we see is a momentary fixation in the space. They are hiding there time dimension.
We can illustrate this fact in building a plant with the strong GREEN in the middle of the knot.
As a contrast we transform its surroundings into a kind of PEACH BLOSSOM, adding VERMILLION to the soft GREEN:
