D /1 = C /1
This exercise begin with the same situation as A /31 but will continue in another direction.
Green as a balance (Goethe called it “Satisfaction”) is very related to GREY.
We build it here using the two complementary colors LEMON YELLOW and VIOLET.
But GREY appears as a step BEVOR some mixture, appears as an “unborn” colour. We can feel: in the Grey all colors are possible.
Two complementary colours have simply neutralized themselves without bringing something new to birth.
So far as the colour knot gives us an image of the time process,
it doesn’t concern the world of minerals. They are not changing or developing their form in the time dimension,
though they could simply loose their form through the influence of the surroundings (erosion).
As a motif they belong to the grey periphery of the knot.
We paint them as crystals coming from outside into the knot,
where YELLOW and VIOLET meet in the centre producing a kind of GREY.
